How do I apply?

Start by submitting your resume via email to  Our recruiting staff will review your resume to see if we have current openings that will fit your career goals.  We may then invite you in for an in person interview or if you are not in our area, set up a time to interview you via phone.  Once we set up this interview we will send you our application.


How do I know if my resume was received?


We cannot communicate confirmation for every resume we receive, however, if there is a match between your qualifications and one of our open positions, you will be contacted.


What kind of benefits do you offer?

Comforce offers health, dental, vision and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability and 401(k).  Vacation and holiday pay are available depending upon length of time worked. Pay is weekly either via direct deposit or debit card.

Are there any fees involved?

There are no fees.


What can I expect during my appointment time?

We use appointment times to get to know you, the candidate, as well as we possibly can.  You can expect to be in our office anywhere from 30-45 minutes as we talk to you, fill out simple paperwork and get your resume in our computer database.  


Please remember to bring two forms of identification (driver's license and social security card or birth certificate), a clean, hardcopy of your resume and at least 3 professional work references.


If I send you my resume will you send it to clients without my knowledge?

Absolutely not!  Comforce will never send your resume with your name on it to companies without your knowledge.

Will you keep me in mind for future openings?

Yes, Comforce recruiters use a state of the art applicant tracking system and will send update requests as you qualify for specific jobs.  We are always looking for great people with great skills.



How do I fill out a timecard?


To ensure that your timecard can be processed, be sure to complete the following for each week:

  • Supervisor's signature

  • Week ending date is always Sunday

  • Your job number, given to you at the time a position is accepted

  • Total hours for the week.  Please be aware that lunch hours are unpaid, so be sure to subtract this time from your daily total.

What do I do with my timecard?

Timecards must be returned to the Comforce office by Monday morning at 8:00 a.m.  


You may fax your completed timecard to us as early as Friday afternoon at (828) 254-1240.


When do I get paid?


Paychecks are mailed out weekly on Thursday. You can also sign up for our Direct Deposit or Debit Card Program.

How do I sign up for direct deposit?


You can have all of your paychecks automatically deposited to the bank account of your choice simply by providing us with a voided check and filling out the Direct deposit Authorization Form.  

You can stop by or call us to have the authorization form faxed to you or visit the Comforce Employee Page.

Once I am signed up for Direct Deposit, how do I receive my paycheck, stubs and timecards?

Once your direct deposit goes into effect, you can view your paycheck and benefits elections online. See the Comforce Employee Page for the ADP Portal link, instructions and printable timecards.


When am I eligible for Health Insurance?


You are eligible for health insurance after 60 days of work and must be regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours a week or more. The healthcare documents can be emailed to you upon request.
